Exploring the Impact of Pleasure

A joint study by Womanizer and the renowned Kinsey Institute analyzed the impact of the Womanizer Next device on women’s well-being. The experiment involved women in peri- and post menopause who tracked their physical states over four weeks. Initially, 97% of participants reported severe fatigue, frequent night sweats, and significant difficulties with concentration.

What did the study show?

The results are impressive: 92.9% of participants experienced a substantial reduction in menopause symptoms after one month of device usage. Women reported improved sleep quality, increased energy, and better focus. Physiologically, this effect is attributed to the release of “happy hormones”—endorphins and oxytocin. Notably, 91% of respondents said they wished they had known about this sooner, even though only 3% had discussed intimate health with their specialists.

Why does this matter?

Every year, 47 million women experience menopause, with 85% facing distressing symptoms. The field of female sexual well-being has long remained under-researched, and patient needs are frequently overlooked. In response, the Pleasure Fund has allocated 250,000 euros to support independent scientific research. This project aims to establish intimate health as a recognized part of standard medical care.

The movement is just beginning

Thanks to the Pleasure Fund’s initiatives, funding continues for fundamental research aimed at breaking down social taboos. The ultimate goal is to integrate pleasure into everyday health practices and self-care routines. This is a significant step toward global change, empowering women worldwide to speak openly about their needs and gain access to effective methods for improving their quality of life.
